Payton is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She has her certificate in Early Childhood Education from Des Moines Area Community College. She has always had a passion to work with children as she loves to see their minds grow. In the summer you can find Payton on the water kayaking or boating with friends, but in the winter, you’ll find her on the couch under a blanket. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family, cook with her boyfriend, and play with her cat (Splat) and her puppy (Walter). Payton is excited to grow and learn with the Axis family and to make a difference for others.

Brittany is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at Iowa State University and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism through Ball State University. Brittany has experience working with individuals ages 6-20 in the school setting. She loves working with children and watching them succeed in their everyday lives. In Brittany’s free time she enjoys being with friends and family, grabbing an iced coffee, spending time with her cat, as well as helping grow and raise her family’s show pig herd.

Macy is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She is majoring in Psychology and working towards a degree in Speech Language-Pathology. In her free time she loves to spend time with her puppy, Harrison and her husband. You can spot Macy with an iced coffee of some sort on a daily basis or twice daily basis. Macy loves working with kiddos and has for quite a while now – they bring her the most joy and happiness. Macy is looking forward to growing with Axis!

Mackenzie is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She is currently attending Iowa State University, majoring in Kinesiology with an option in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Psychology. She loves spending time with the kiddos and watching them grow! In her free time, she is involved in campus organizations like the Pre-OT Club, College of Human Sciences Council, and many others. She also likes to travel and plans to study abroad in the Spring of 2022. Mackenzie is very excited to begin her journey at Axis and can’t wait to see where these new adventures will take her!

Moira is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She graduated in 2021 from Iowa State University with a degree in Kinesiology & Health and always knew she wanted to work with children in some capacity. Moira plans to go back to school for her Masters in Special Education to further her education in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, reading and spending time her cat, Theo. Moira is very happy to be part of the Axis Family and to grow along with the wonderful individuals who come through the doors of Axis!

Cheyenne is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She has her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. She has 10 years’ experience working with children in both the preschool setting as well as in residential settings. She has always had a passion to work with children ever since she would visit her mother’s classroom when she was younger. Her future plans include continuing her education and working toward a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis . In her free time, Cheyenne enjoys powerlifting, trying new foods, going to farmers markets and festivals, and hiking.

Genna  is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She loves working with kids and has a passion for helping them in all ways possible to enjoy their everyday lives. She loves that she gets to start her day off the right way at Axis by working with the kids! In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends. She loves to go shopping and is a lover of true crime.

Chandler is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She is currently attending Iowa State University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Services on the Pre-Occupational Therapy Track. Chandler has always known she wanted to work with children as she has a passion to watch them grow and succeed in every aspect of their life. In Chandler’s free time, she loves to workout, play golf, spend time with family friends, and spend every chance she can at Lake Okoboji or Lake Panorama.

Brittany is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Brittany received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis through Purdue University Global. Brittany has experience working with children ages 0-17 in the field of mental health and at-risk youth as well as children on the autism spectrum. She also has experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities in a day program setting. In her free time, Brittany enjoys watching her children play sports and dance. She also enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, photography, and anything crafty. Brittany has a passion for working with children and loves seeing them learn and grow.

Tatiana is a Registered Behavior Technician credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She is also a certified instructor for the Professional Crisis Management Association. She has her Associate of Arts Degree from Des Moines Area Community College, and looks forward to continuing her education in Child and Adolescent Psychology. Tatiana has always been very passionate about working with children. She enjoys watching her Los Angeles Dodgers and Las Vegas Raiders, and once in a while, to keep her husband happy, the Red Sox and Patriots. She also loves spending time with her husband and baby boy. She has a love for the outdoors and likes to play disc golf and various sports. She also coaches youth soccer. She has a passion for art and loves to paint. Tatiana looks forward to making a difference and creating a positive change for children and families.
